Chef Bahira was very fortunate to obtain an authentic recipe from her Aunt Gloria’s Indian Cook from their days abroad: Shrimp (and lobster) Curry with Basmati Rice and fresh Poppadoms and sides of Go-Withs: Peanuts, Raisins, Coconut, Chutney, Tomatoes.

The fresh made Poppadoms were a BIG hit. Thank you, Auntie Gloria and her Daughter-in-law, Liz for this treasured heirloom recipe from old times!
